- Convert healthcare records and clinical documentation into standardized medical codes using ICD-10 CM & CPT.
- Ensure accurate and efficient documentation of diagnosis and procedure codes.
- Work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure accurate medical records coding.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and medical coding regulations.
Qualifications
Education (UG & PG accepted):
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Nursing, Botany, Zoology, Food Technology, Chemistry
- BAMS, BHMS, BDS, MBBS, BUMS, BSMS, BPT
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Bio-Medical, Bio-Chemistry
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm, B.VSc / M.VSc, or any other Life Science or Paramedical qualification
Key Skills Required
- Understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminologies
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10 CM and CPT Coding (training will be provided for freshers)
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in the healthcare documentation and coding sector
