As a Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Area Mapping: Regular lane-to-lane mapping and identifying new sources within the assigned area or geography.
- Source Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned channel partners and lead sources.
- Reporting: Maintain sales reports and daily activity logs in the prescribed format.
- Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new channel partners as per business needs.
- Team Coordination: Participate in daily team huddles and coordinate closely with team leads.
- Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer experience through proactive communication and service.
- Documentation: Ensure complete application forms, documents, and background checks are submitted accurately and on time.
Qualifications
Education:
- Postgraduate: MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Finance
- Graduate: BBM / B.Com or any relevant stream
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-driven and target-oriented approach
- Experience in corporate or channel sales is a plus
- Comfortable working with financial products like Home Loans, LAP, Insurance, and Mutual Funds
