As an IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through online job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluation: Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and coordinate further interview processes.
- Reference Checks: Conduct thorough reference checks to validate candidates’ qualifications and work experience.
- Offer Management: Negotiate job offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
