International Chat Support – Freshers for Post-Graduation Candidates (MBA, MCA, MCOM)
Location:
Hi-tech City, Hyderabad
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time chat support to international customers and clients.
- Resolve queries and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple conversations simultaneously, adhering to company service guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Freshers with MBA, MCA, or MCOM degrees are welcome to apply.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (mandatory).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to different time zones.
Additional Details:
- Salary: ₹2.4 LPA for freshers.
- 5 days working, rotational shifts with rotational week offs.
- Work from office, Face-to-Face interviews only (Walk-in).
- Location: Hi-tech City, Hyderabad (2-way cab facility provided).
