- Gathering and recording customer information including names and contact details.

Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
- 0–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Telugu.
- Strong client servicing and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional tone and communicate effectively over calls.
