An International Voice Process Executive handles calls from customers in various countries, including the U.S. and Dubai. This role focuses on offering support for products, services, or technical issues, ensuring quick resolutions and a positive customer experience.
- Responding to international customer queries via voice process.
- Providing technical or service-related support.
- Resolving issues with efficiency and empathy.
- Adhering to shift schedules and performance metrics.
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduates, Undergraduates, or Postgraduates can apply.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Should be willing to work from office.
- 24/7 rotational shifts and week-offs (5-day work week).
