🧩 Role and Responsibilities
We are hiring an experienced IAM Lead to spearhead identity and access management initiatives for a reputed IT company. If you’re an expert in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Azure, and Active Directory, and have a solid grasp of IAM processes, this is your opportunity to make a mark.
- Serve as the product owner for IAM initiatives.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to the IAM Support team.
- Manage escalated IAM incidents and support tickets.
- Oversee user provisioning processes and monitor system data for anomalies.
- Document findings and maintain compliance with IT security standards.
- Audit and establish SOPs that align with customer and IT requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure smooth IAM operations.
- Drive and manage IAM-related projects end-to-end.
🎓 Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proficient in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of IAM best practices and system architecture.
- Proven leadership in project management and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in industrial environments with food safety and quality management systems.
