Role and Responsibilities

Namo Technologies is actively hiring for the position of Bench Sales Recruiter to join their dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be a results-driven self-starter with excellent vendor network skills and experience in US staffing and recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building a robust network of Tier-1 vendors using platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Submitting consultants to suitable requirements on job portals and tracking interview schedules.
  • Coordinating interview processes, onboarding, and background verification.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Ensuring timely submissions and database management.
  • Providing internal support with the accounts team as needed.
  • Negotiating rates, engaging in cold calls, and efficiently closing deals.
  • Having sound knowledge of visa terms such as H1B, OPT, STEM OPT, H4-EAD, and TN Visa.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any specialization (B.Tech/B.E./Any Graduate).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience or understanding of Bench Sales and US staffing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with C2C, W2, and rate negotiation practices.
  • Comfortable working in US shift timings: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST.
