Role and Responsibilities
Tech Mahindra, a global leader in IT and BPO services, is conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for the position of Customer Support Associate at their Noida office. If you are a fresher or have up to 3 years of experience in customer support, this is a great opportunity to kick-start or grow your career with one of the top employers in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions over the call.
- Deliver excellent customer service ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts.
- 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Any Graduate – Freshers are welcome.
- Undergraduates/Graduates with minimum 6 months of customer support experience can also apply.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Package: ₹1.7 LPA to ₹3.0 LPA (Based on experience & skills).
- Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) provided.
