Key Responsibilities:
- Process Foreign Travel Claims: Handle the entire lifecycle of foreign travel claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Arrange Forex: Facilitate foreign currency arrangements for employees traveling abroad.
- Verify and Settle Travel Vouchers: Ensure all travel vouchers are accurately verified and settled promptly.
- Maintain Travel Cards: Regularly update and manage travel cards, ensuring they are current and compliant.
- Ensure Policy Adherence: Monitor and enforce adherence to company travel policies.
- Process Payments & Arrange Insurance: Manage payment processing and arrange necessary insurance for international travelers.
- Month-End Provisions: Create and manage provisions during the month-end close, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Handle Travel Card Encashments: Oversee the encashment process for travel cards, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with travel and expense management software.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
