Role and Responsibilities:
Retail Sales Executives (Male/Female)
- Showcase jewelry to customers and share pricing details
- Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Handle counter sales, up-selling, and cross-selling
- Manage stock quality checks and inventory
- Work towards individual and store sales targets
- Engage in gold, diamond, platinum, and silver product sales
Cashiers (Male Only)
- Process cash, card, and cheque payments accurately
- Operate billing via POS and audit gold scheme passbooks
- Reconcile daily transactions with system entries
- Monitor availability of packing materials at counters
- Manage incoming calls and support operations
Showroom Hosts (Female Only)
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers
- Guide them to their preferred product segments
- Gather customer feedback and maintain data records
Telephone Operators (Female Only)
- Handle incoming queries
- Connect customers with concerned departments
Eligibility:
- Education: 10+2 / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree
- Age: 19 to 35 years
- Language: Must know Telugu
- Gender:
- Cashier roles: Male only
- Sales Executives: Male & Female
- Showroom Host & Telephone Operator: Female only
- Experience:
- Freshers eligible for Sales and Host roles
- Minimum 1 year required for Cashier positions
