Role and Responsibilities:
As an HR Help Desk and Support Professional, you will be the first point of contact for employee queries and HR operations. Key duties include:
- Resolving employee inquiries and issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
- Assisting with interview panel coordination.
- Supporting HR admin operations and benefit administration.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Generating reports and analyzing HR data.
- Improving HR processes through feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (HR background preferred).
- Experience: 0–2 years in HR operations (freshers welcome).
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
