Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service inquiries for UK clients via voice support.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: HSC (12th pass) or Graduate (preferred).
- Experience: Freshers or 6+ months in international BPO (voice process).
- Skills: Excellent English communication, problem-solving, and customer handling.
- Eligibility: Final-year students/awaiting results can apply.
