Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager) infrastructure.
- Overseeing software packaging, patching, and deployment processes across the enterprise.
- Providing L3-level technical support and resolving advanced system issues promptly.
- Monitoring SCCM environment health, optimizing performance, and ensuring uptime.
- Developing and maintaining automation scripts using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
- Creating and updating system documentation for SCCM configurations and processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams for seamless system integration.
- Managing and securing endpoints using Microsoft Intune, ensuring data compliance and protection.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SCCM administration (Current Branch preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
- Understanding of networking protocols and IT security standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
