Role & Responsibilities
This is a technical support – non-voice role where you will assist users with troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues. Ideal for fresh graduates with a knack for technology, this role provides hands-on experience in software and networking support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to technical queries and issues via chat or email.
- Offering software guidance and issue resolution support.
- Maintaining issue logs and reporting escalations when necessary.
- Ensuring timely resolution of user problems with quality service.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
- Candidates from B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, MCA, M.Sc, M.Tech, PG Diploma backgrounds can apply.
- Must have basic computing and networking knowledge.
- Average English communication skills are sufficient.
- Minimum of 50% marks throughout academics.
- Candidates graduating in 2021 or later are eligible.

- Familiarity with email and chat support
- Candidates from mechanical, electrical, electronics, IT backgrounds will have an added advantage.
