Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining records.
- Support senior team members with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate financial transaction records.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of finance principles and best practices.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as document filing and maintaining organized financial reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university.
- Accounting Knowledge: GST, TDS, bank reconciliation statements.
- Experience: 0 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Good English communication for effective collaboration.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work night shifts (mandatory requirement).
- Cab Facility: Provided only for drops.
- Eligibility: Candidates with existing Provident Fund (PF) accounts are NOT eligible.
